Matteo Curti and Stefano Parini met thirty years ago in Milan. Stefano is out-going and Matteo is more reflective, making the perfect balance in the studio together.
Both photographers learnt their craft from true Italian masters. Matteo worked as an assistant for Danilo Frontini, creating campaigns and catalogues for fashion brands and magazines all around the world. Whilst Stefano remained in the studio and worked with Maria Vittoria Backhaus, an important fashion photographer specializing in still life.
The two friends absorbed their masters’ craftsmanship and founded Studio Curti Parini working for high profile clients and have never looked back. The first lookbooks for the Prada group, collaborations with Ogilvy & Mather agency, and shooting accessories and jewellery for Bulgari.
Thanks to their grounding and training their work is known for quality and precision. The studio specializes in post-production and develops high-end e-commerce websites for clients such as Armani, Etro, Marni, Moncler and Alberta Ferretti.
